What is EshopOne.com?

EshopOne is an online store for a number of key fashion and clothing brands. We aim to bring you quality products from UK companies at Internet prices, but with good old fashioned high standards of customer service. We have been involved in textiles since 1987, and have been selling online since 1999.

How do I search for something?

We have a search facility on the top left hand side of the screen. Enter a couple of words relating to the thing you're looking for, and click the 'go' button to see a list of matching results.

Tip - try to avoid using lots of words and/or very common words like 'the', because these will slow the search. If you can't see what you want, please call us on 01335 361287 or and we will try to help.

Don't worry, it's quite easy to find your way around once you know how!

Use the menu on the left to move to important locations within the site, or to move around within a department. To see what's in your basket, click on "Your Basket" which is at the top of the page.

You can return to the home page from any area of the site by clicking on the "Home" link at the top of the page or click on the "EshopOne.com" logo in the top left of the page.

How does my shopping basket work?

Just like a shopping basket in a shop, you can put things in your basket (by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in.

You are not committing to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout. You can check what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket tab. If you want to remove something, simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click on recalculate/update basket. When you have finished your shopping, click on "checkout". At this point you will have to register if you are a new customer, or log in if you are a returning customer, and then enter your payment and delivery details.

 

How do I register?

You will be asked to register at the checkoput. When you register, we collect the information we need to fulfill your order, or to contact you if there's a problem. During registration, you can also view the full terms and conditions of our online shopping service. You'll need to provide your name, address, contact telephone number etc., but you don't have to enter your credit card details at this stage. This is handled separately,on the next page by Secure Trading, on their secure site. Please note, we NEVER sell any customer details to any third party. When you next visit us, you just need your name and email address to log in.

 

How do I check/change my order?

Your order details are emailed to you straight away after ordering. Please with any changes asap, or contact us by phone on 01335 361287, and we will try to help.

 

How soon do you deliver?

An immediate email is sent confirming your order.

Delivery is FREE in the UK on all items - the price you see is the price you pay.

We normally deliver to you within 3 working days or less in the UK. Please allow up to a further 7 working days for your goods to reach you if you are ordering from outside the UK.

For urgent orders on Suits, Jackets, Trousers and Coats, we can also offer a Data Post Next Day delivery service in the UK, which will get your order to you the next working day,(not weekends or Bank Holidays) if ordered before 12 midday. You can add this to your order here, or from any of the website pages. This costs an extra £11.95. If there any problems with your delivery we will let you know as soon as possible. (Strikes, floods, and sometimes, but rarely, we do get our stocks wrong.) If your order is not available we will always try to offer an alternative. If in doubt, please . We our proud of our customer service, and we will do everything we can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

 

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?

Yes, we do let you do this, but it is at our discretion. This is because we have to protect your credit card from fraud, and we need to be sure that we are delivering the goods to the card holder. We must have a valid cardholders address, and landline telephone number to be able to do this.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes! We deliver to most countries, but not the Far East or Eastern Europe for payment by credit card. If you live in one of these areas, please pay by cheque or direct transfer. If you are unsure, please e-mail us at

 

Which Credit and Debit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, and Delta, or if you prefer, you can select an offline payment option, print off your order and send us a cheque.

 

Is it safe to give my card details online?

Yes. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

You can be totally confident when you are shopping with EshopOne. The payment page is directed to Secure Trading's secure site,which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Secure Trading's Secure Server Software encrypts your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected. You will see the web page change from http to https to show that it is a secure page, and a padlock will appear in the bottom right corner to confirm this.

 

Can I pay in Dollars or Euros?

Yes...and No...!. The site will calculate an approximate price in Dollars or Euros, but the money will be taken in UK Pounds by Secure Trading, at the current conversion rate at the time of the purchase. If you click on "View" at the top of the website, you can convert the UK pounds shown to approximate prices in Dollars or Euros.

However, if you have an account with Paypal, you can pay in $ as shown on the site.

 

Can I pay through Paypal?

Yes! As for payment with Direct Transfer, Cheque, Postal order, Bankers Draft or posting your Credit Card details, select the button, and you can go thorough to Paypal there. All transactions at Paypal are completed in US Dollars.

 

Can I pay by direct Bank Transfer or Cheque?

Yes! If you select the button marked at the checkout, then you will be taken to a page to complete and post to us with the relevant details. Please note, we do cannot deliver until payment is made.

 

Can I return goods?

Yes! We have a no quibble returns and refund policy.

At EshopOne.com we aim to provide a first class service for our customers. However, should you discover a problem upon delivery, we want to put matters right.

We will refund your money in full, if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, or exchange any item, without question. (Please note we can't refund next day delivery postage - unless of course we are late in our delivery!) We only ask that you return the item to us unused and with the original labels and packing, and not damaged in any way. We guarantee you can buy with confidence, so in the unlikely event of the item becoming faulty after use, we will also refund you . This does not affect your Statutory rights.

For all suits, coats and trousers we do FREEPOST returns from the UK, so it won't cost you anything to send the goods back for a different size, or for a full refund.

 

What happens if my details change?

You can change your details online, by going to the Checkout. Even if your basket is shown as empty, you can make changes to the details as necessary. For security, we do not hold your credit card details.
